Job Description:
⦁ Calculate compensations for sales force, bank partner and brokers
⦁ Work with Finance and HR team to reconcile and process the payments
⦁ Issuing pay-advice and other payment statement to life consultants
⦁ Be a contact person for queries related to sales compensations
⦁ Responsible for compensations related analysis and reports
⦁ Issuing memo and communicate to stakeholders regarding changes and update related to sales compensations
⦁ Assist in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
⦁ Produce sales reports for sales team and managements
⦁ Be contact person for sales initiatives support in design sales campaign, documentation, and campaign announcement
⦁ Monitor sales budget and track the expenses utilization against budget
⦁ Track and report sales KPIs for both sales management and sales agents
⦁ Other task assigned by line manager
Requirements:
Education & Experience
⦁ A Bachelor degree
⦁ At least 2 years of working experience
⦁ Managerial experience will be an advantage
Specific Skills (Knowledge, skills and competencies/ abilities)
⦁ Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage
⦁ Good communication and analytical skills
⦁ Strong computer literature especially in Excel
